Not really.....but this was NOT my day to cook!! Set out a turkey to prepare for tomorrow after church....something just wasn't right. Must have been in the freezer toooo long! So, out it went, and off to the store for something else!!! Tried to make a butterscotch bundt cake....it collapsed in the middle of cooking.....so, out it went, and fortunately have a brownie mix I can substitute!!!
On the brighter side, had a great Mexican lunch in Snowflake, AZ at LaCucina de Eva's. Best in this region. So off I go to finish getting ready for pork roast rather than turkey, brownies rather than butterscotch bundt cake, and maybe, I'll make some coffee and just sit down for a spell.
